One unexpected side effect of the torrent of AI slop on YouTube is that I'm so happy to see a human made video that I'm willing to forgive someone uming and ahhing and using hand drawn diagrams with spelling mistakes in them. What a world to live in when low quality content is now high quality.

There’s an old story about sausages: the very finely minced sausages like Frankfurters used to be the height of sophistication because of the sheer amount of time it took a person to get the meat that processed, and you wouldn’t use lower quality meat for something that expensive. As soon as industrial mincers became a thing people realised you could throw in the proverbial lips and anuses because the cost per unit dropped so much, and so sausages like salsiccia are now the expensive ones because you have a better chance of identifying the quality of the meat.

still some AI might have been used to write the script "no motors, no pumps..."

I mean, I like it and I don't mind AI at all, but tell me that this exact quote doesn't give you AI vibes:
"No pumps. No motors. No complex machinery. It is just gravity doing all the hard work."
Listing motors separately on three negative elements list doen't make much sense and sounds artificial.
The rest doesn't sound AI, so it might be one local edit, or just one thing missed by general deslopification pass. Or accidental usage of AI-like speech by a human.

I think this is the most likely answer.
AI was trained on human writing. Aggressive RLHF may have overfitted into some specific patterns, but those patterns were originally written by humans.

Imagine how spooky it'd be if it wasn't.
